Role
  • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
  • Mine and analyze data from company/opensource databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies.
  • Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
  • Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Use predictive modelling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
  • Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Key skills
  • Solid fundamentals in algorithms, math, and probability theory
  • Good Programming skills with a focus on Python
  • Interest in pioneering the application of machine learning to code.
  • Knowledge on Machine/Deep Learning skills- Clustering Algorithms, XG Boost, Neural Networks, Time series modelling (Hands on Work experience for 2yrs in any of the models/techniques).
  • Hands on working knowledge in python in application of AIML techniques for minimum 2 years, not on Data treatment & Analysis.
  • Millions of records should be managed by the dataset in AIML. Not a customized analysis based on Excel below 100K records.
  • Should have some basic understanding of product domain not consulting or customised model building using excel.
Education and Experience
  • M Sc in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics or Course certification from good institute on AIML.
  • Python, Hadoop, PySpark, PyCharm, intellij, TensorFlow should be mandatory in experience or understanding.
