Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with a strong blend of technical understanding and business analysis capability to support enterprise supply chain and digital platform initiatives. This role bridges business needs and technology execution, requiring hands-on knowledge of integrations, data, and scripting along with solid functional and process analysis skills.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and ensure successful delivery.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements
- Translate business processes into functional and technical specifications
- Support integration design across enterprise applications and platforms
- Collaborate with developers on APIs, data mappings, and system interfaces
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, interface documents, and user stories
- Participate in solution design discussions and architecture reviews
- Support testing strategy, test cases, and defect analysis
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation
- 3+ years as a Technical BA, Techno-Functional Analyst, or similar role
- Understanding of system integrations (APIs, middleware, data flows)
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Strong business process analysis and requirement elicitation skills
- Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements
- Experience with functional and technical documentation
- Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder communication
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to supply chain or enterprise platforms (WMS, OMS, ERP, or similar)
- Experience in consulting or customer-facing project environments
- Familiarity with integration tools or middleware platforms
- Agile or hybrid delivery experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Work on global enterprise transformation programs
- Build depth across business and technology domains
- Collaborative consulting environment with growth opportunities
- Pathways into solution consulting or architecture roles
