Role Overview

We are seeking an SCM Consultant with strong consulting, analytical, and techno-functional skills to support supply chain transformation and enterprise platform initiatives. The role requires a solid understanding of supply chain processes along with hands-on exposure to ERP or supply chain applications, data analysis, and solution configuration.

You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze supply chain processes, support solution design, and drive implementation outcomes for global clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and document supply chain business processes and requirements
  • Support configuration and implementation of SCM / ERP modules (WMS, TMS, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, HCM, or Order management)
  • Working experience in implementation/ Support on Oracle/ Manhattan / Blue Yonder / other SCM /ERP Applications.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs
  • Perform data analysis to support supply chain optimization and decision-making
  • Prepare process flows, functional design documents, and test scenarios
  • Participate in workshops, solution walkthroughs, and user discussions
  • Support testing, validation, and deployment activities
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data, and system behavior
  • Provide functional support during implementation and stabilization phases
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years in SCM consulting, ERP consulting, or supply chain analyst roles
  • Understanding of core supply chain processes (plan, source, make, deliver)
  • Experience with ERP or supply chain platforms (Oracle, Manh, Blue Yonder, SAP, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with data handling skills
  • Ability to translate business processes into system requirements
  • Experience in functional documentation and testing support
  • Good stakeholder communication and consulting mindset

Preferred Experience

  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion / SCM Cloud or similar enterprise platforms
  • Experience in procurement, inventory, planning, or order management modules
  • SQL, Excel analytics, or BI/reporting exposure
  • Consulting or client-facing project experience
  • Understanding of integrations and data flows in SCM ecosystems

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
