The customer had a legacy on-prem Warehouse Management System and had several critical challenges negatively impacting their operational efficiency. Recognizing the need for a more robust solution, they chose to migrate to Oracle Cloud WMS and selected ITOrizon as their system integrator to resolve the existing issues and optimize their operations.

Enhanced Inventory Allocation: Reduced the time taken for inventory allocation from 30 minutes to 5 minutes (on average).
Comprehensive End-User Training – Delivered on-site training for over 60 end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and efficient use of the new system.
