Role Overview:

As a Technical Product Manager, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our unified PaaS offering—spanning rapid application development, enterprise integration, and AI-powered automation. You’ll define the roadmap, shape platform capabilities, and collaborate across engineering, design, and customer success to deliver scalable, secure, and intelligent solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Define and own the product strategy for our unified Low-Code/No-Code PaaS (aPaaS + iPaaS + aiPaaS)
Drive rapid application development features including visual builders, reusable components, and workflow automation
Lead development of integration capabilities with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to embed intelligent features like predictive analytics, NLP, and autonomous workflows
Ensure platform extensibility, multi-tenant scalability, and enterprise-grade security
Partner with UX and engineering to deliver intuitive experiences for both citizen developers and IT teams
Engage with global stakeholders to gather insights and prioritize roadmap features
Monitor KPIs across platform adoption, performance, and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with regional data regulations and governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS, platform engineering, or integration technologies
Proven success in delivering Low-Code/No-Code platforms or PaaS products at scale
Strong understanding of aPaaS, iPaaS, and aiPaaS architectures and use cases
Experience working with AI/ML teams and integrating intelligent features into enterprise platforms
Deep knowledge of APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns
Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and stakeholder communication skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, etc.

Good To Have

Experience with iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato)
Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Azure ML, OpenAI)
Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards
Background in developer experience (DX), citizen development, or platform extensibility
