Role Overview:
As the Senior QA Manager, you will own the quality strategy and execution for our WMS SaaS product. You’ll lead automation initiatives, manage UAT cycles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a robust, high-performing platform. This role demands hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of enterprise SaaS testing.
Description:
- Define and lead QA strategy across functional, regression, integration, performance and Chaos testing
- Own end-to-end UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment for SaaS releases
- Drive automation initiatives using modern frameworks and tools; EndTest experience is a plus
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure test coverage and release readiness
- Build and manage a high-performing QA team; mentor and upskill junior testers
- Establish and monitor quality metrics, defect trends, and release health indicators
- Ensure compliance with enterprise-grade standards for reliability, scalability, and usability
- Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and documentation
- Lead QA for a mission-critical SaaS product used by global enterprises
- Drive innovation in automation and quality engineering

- 10+ years of QA experience in SaaS, ERP, or WMS environments
- Proven track record of owning UAT cycles for enterprise SaaS products
- Strong expertise in test automation frameworks and scripting languages
- Hands-on experience with automation tools; EndTest knowledge is a strong advantage
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations and ERP workflows
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, TestRail, etc
Good to have:
- Experience with API testing, performance testing, and CI/CD integration
- Exposure to cloud-native platforms and multi-tenant SaaS architecture
