Role Overview

We are seeking a Consulting Sr. Manager / Design Leader with deep expertise in Manhattan supply chain applications and strong techno-functional consulting experience. This role will lead solution design and architecture across Manhattan implementations and transformations, working closely with enterprise customers, delivery teams, and program leadership.

You will own end-to-end solution design, guide technical and functional teams, and ensure scalable, high-quality Manhattan platform implementations across WMS/TMS management, and fulfillment domains.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end solution design for Manhattan WMS, TMS, or related applications
Own functional and technical architecture across implementations and upgrades
Lead functional design across at least four supply chain modules in active delivery across industries served by ITOrizon and across supported product platforms and technologies, including Warehousing, Labor Management, Warehouse Automation, Transportation, Inventory & Order Management, Manufacturing, Supply & Demand Planning, Data Warehousing, Reporting, Analytics, and AI
Conduct weekly project functional design review meetings and monthly support functional design reviews in collaboration with the Technical Architect, Design Architect, Technical Lead, Project Lead, and Project Manager
Own and be accountable for functional design quality, standards, and best practices across programs
Ensure cross-geo design alignment by including at least one peer reviewer from another geography in design reviews
Translate business and operational requirements into scalable solution designs
Provide design governance, standards, and best practices across programs
Guide configuration, extensions, integrations, and data architecture decisions
Mentor functional and technical consultants across Manhattan programs
Partner with client architects and business leaders on solution strategy
Support estimation, proposals, and solution shaping for new engagements
Ensure design quality across build, test, and deployment phases
