Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of initiatives across the Karolium product line. This role demands a strong blend of technical depth, delivery discipline, and leadership acumen. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure timely and high-quality delivery, and collaborate closely with Product Managers to align priorities with business goals.

Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership:

Own end-to-end delivery of Karolium projects across APaaS, IPaaS, and AIPaaS modules.
Ensure delivery excellence through planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.

Team Management:

Lead and mentor developers, architects, and QA engineers across geographies.
Foster a high-performance culture and continuous learning.

Technical Oversight:

Review code in Java and Angular; guide teams on architecture and design decisions.
Ensure platform scalability, performance tuning, and adherence to coding standards.

Platform Engineering:

Drive performance optimization and reliability across Karolium’s modular architecture.
Champion cloud-native design, multi-tenancy, and CI/CD automation.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Partner with Product Managers to prioritize features and roadmap items.
Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

Agile & Project Management:

Implement Agile/Scrum practices across delivery teams.
Track milestones, manage risks, and report progress using project management tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Cloud technologies are a plus.
Experience in supply chain or enterprise integration domains is desirable.
15+ years of experience in software development and delivery management.
Strong proficiency in Java, Angular, and cloud-native architectures.
Proven experience delivering PaaS solutions, especially across APaaS, IPaaS, and AIPaaS domains.
Expertise in scaling platforms, performance tuning, and code reviews.
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
Excellent people management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS /Azure/GCP).
