Role: Senior User Experience (UX) Specialist
As a Senior UX Specialist, you’ll lead the design strategy and execution for our
Warehouse Management ERP and Zero-Code PaaS platforms. You’ll work closely with
product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to craft intuitive, scalable,
and delightful user experiences across complex workflows and multi-modal interfaces.
- Own end-to-end UX strategy for SaaS WMS ERP and Zero-Code PaaS platforms
- Design seamless experiences across web, mobile, device interfaces, APIs, and
instrument-integrated workflows - Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform
design decisions - Translate complex business logic into intuitive UI/UX flows for enterprise users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and
accessibility - Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using industry standard
tools - Advocate for user-centric design principles and champion UX best practices
- Analyse usage data and feedback to continuously improve product usability and
engagement
- 10+ years of UX design experience in enterprise SaaS, ERP, or PaaS environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex UX work across web, mobile, and device
interfaces - Experience designing for API-driven and instrument-integrated platforms
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain workflows, or ERP
systems - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping
platforms - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with accessibility standards, responsive design, and design systems
Good to Have:
- Experience with no-code/low-code platforms and user-configurable interfaces
- Exposure to IoT, device telemetry, or instrument interfacing in UX contexts
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) for better collaboration
with developers
