- Supports discovery and design sessions with help from senior and principal consultants
- Performs ROI / cost benefit analysis
- Documents “as is” and “to be” processes
- Recommends process improvements
- Develops and delivers informative and well-organized presentations
- Develops solution design working closely with the Customer and product vendors
- Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems
- Pushes creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry and customer business practices
- Develops simple specifications and change requests
- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution
- Develops Test Plan and Test Scripts
- Creates test data and executes Test Scripts
- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner

Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering is a plus
- 1 to 3 years of business consulting, IT consulting, or software implementation experience required
- 1 to 3 years of experience in designing or implementing Retail, Ecommerce, Manufacturing, Distribution, Food, Life Science, Accounting, Finance, Software and Apps, Supply Chain, Labor, ELS, ERP, Order Management, BI, MDM or IT solutions required
