Role Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant to drive the growth and evolution of our Oracle SCM practice. This role demands deep module expertise, thought leadership, and the ability to influence both clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Play a key role in defining and shaping ITOrizon's Oracle Fusion SCM practice, including methodology development, solution offerings, and market positioning.
Expert Consulting & Architecture:
- Provide expert-level functional and architectural guidance on complex Oracle Fusion SCM implementations.
- Lead solution design efforts, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve highly complex functional issues.
Presales & Business Development Support:
- Support presales activities by acting as a subject matter expert, contributing to proposals, and conducting solution demonstrations.
- Identify opportunities for practice growth and client engagement.
Mentorship & Knowledge Management:
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level consultants, fostering their development and expertise.
- Lead knowledge sharing initiatives and build a strong community of practice within ITOrizon.
- Stay at the forefront of Oracle Fusion SCM innovations, roadmaps, and industry trends.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of extensive experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations and consulting.
In-depth functional and configuration knowledge across 5 or more Oracle Fusion SCM modules. This must include a strong grasp of how these modules integrate and interact within the broader supply chain ecosystem. (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, GOP, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Warehouse Management).
Proven ability to lead and deliver complex SCM transformation projects.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain business processes.
Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to drive practice growth and contribute to business development.
