Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to play a pivotal strategic role in our Oracle Finance practice. This individual will not only possess deep technical and functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials but also be instrumental in presales activities, client engagement, and the overall growth and development of our finance consulting capabilities.
- Presales & Client Engagement:
- Lead presales efforts, including presenting Oracle Fusion Financials solutions to prospective clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert during client pitches, demonstrating ITOrizon's capabilities and value proposition.
- Understand client business challenges and articulate how Oracle Fusion Finance solutions can address them.
- Build strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Implementation & Delivery Leadership:
- Lead and participate in full life cycle Oracle Fusion Finance implementations (minimum 2 full implementations required).
- Conduct detailed business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financial modules, including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, and Project Costing/Billing.
- Oversee data migration strategies, testing, and go-live activities.
- Provide expert functional guidance and support to project teams and clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Practice Building & Mentorship:
- Contribute significantly to the development and enhancement of ITOrizon's Oracle Finance practice.
- Develop best practices, methodologies, and reusable assets for Oracle Fusion Finance implementations.
- Mentor junior consultants, share knowledge, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of the latest Oracle Fusion Financials features, updates, and industry trends.
- Solution Design & Architecture:
- Architect robust and scalable Oracle Fusion Financials solutions tailored to client needs.
- Advise clients on process optimization and leverage Oracle functionalities to drive efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (8+ yrs) with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Deep functional and configuration knowledge across core Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, Intercompany, Expenses, Projects).
- Proven track record in presales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal support, and client presentations.
- Exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud Financials certifications.
- Experience with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., SCM) is a plus.
- Prior experience in a consulting firm.
