Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level
SCM Consultant. As an SCM Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting in the
implementation, optimization, and management of supply chain processes for our clients. This
role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities.

  • Collaborate with senior SCM consultants and project teams to analyze clients' supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain strategies, including demand planning, inventory management, and distribution optimization.
  • Conduct data analysis and create reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas of
    opportunity within the supply chain.
  • Support the execution of supply chain improvement initiatives, including process redesign, technology implementation, and performance monitoring.
  • Provide training and support to clients' personnel on supply chain management principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain processes with other functional areas, such as procurement, manufacturing, and logistics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain management.
  • Comply with all relevant regulations, standards, and ethical practices related to supply chain management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Preferably from Georgia Institute of Technology
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management concepts, principles, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with relevant tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Profound understand of Manhattan or Oracle SCM systems.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience: 3+ years
