We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead Program Management Office (PMO) activities for ERP/SCM modules across multiple industries. The role involves strategic planning, governance, resource management, and ensuring successful delivery of functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP/SCM systems and experience managing cross-industry implementations.
- Oversee PMO functions for ERP/SCM projects across diverse industries, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
- Manage resource planning and allocation to optimize team performance across multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards during project execution.
- Facilitate governance processes by tracking milestones, monitoring risks, and providing regular status updates to senior leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing lessons learned from completed projects.
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in PMO roles focused on ERP/SCM implementations across industries.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle Fusion.
- Strong expertise in project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum) and tools like Jira or MS Project.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive leadership.
- Certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly desirable.
